Building sector is headed by "MetaBud" company. "Metabud" was founded in January, 2000 to designing and construction objects for own needs and other organizations. This company performed design and construction a warehouse complex with total square of 12 000 sq.m. in 2004-2006 and office complex with total square of 2 000 sq.m. in 2009-2010 for company "Meta-Impeks".
Large experience in construction of innovation technologies, modern materials of European quality and unique productive capacities made it possible for us to offer a really comprehensive approach to creation of a settlement in a prestigious resort region of Ukraine – Livadia (Yalta).
This approach makes it possible to realize any, even most complex architectural projects, acting as a general contractor, to carry out construction of cottages, living and administrative buildings, warehouses of European class: to protect the customers from all problems connected with construction – beginning from the development of architectural conception, to commissioning of a finished object, including creation of all engineering systems and improvement of adjacent territory.
