· optimum combination of main operating units;
· pneumatic system of loading of swept waste into the hopper
that provides higher quality of cleaning of streets, down to the finest
dust, in comparison with a mechanical way of loading;
· effective cleaning of compressed waste thanks for the
loosening device mounted in front of gutter brush;
· possibility of stationary cleaning of waste from heaps of
waste and from difficult-to-access places (bins, public transport stops)
with the help of additional pick-up device provided with comfortable
handles to displace it manually;
· qualitative cleaning of heavy dirty surfaces ensured with
stable work of the vehicle at low speed thanks to speed reducer mounted on
the truck;
· dampening of working zones of brushes and pick-up unit with a
system of nozzles to reduce dust level pollution of ambient air;
· water system made of corrosion-proof materials (stainless
steel, non-ferrous metals) that prevents corrosion and blockage of nozzles;
· independent operation of all systems of pick-up unit in the
set modes;
· powerful hydraulic system of brushes` drive;
· all working units are electronically controlled from control
panel in the driver's cabin;
· pick-up device mounted on support wheels, able to follow road
profile;
· additional illumination of the working zone of the gutter
brush if working at night;
· ergonomic and modern design; comfortable cabin that can be
equipped with air conditioner, radio cassette player; safety belts;
· low noise level thanks to the fan with noise-suppressor.
Special equipment of the vehicle includes:
hopper - waste collector, system of suctioning and delivering of swept
waste into hopper, water system, separate engine for driving all working
units of special equipment, hydraulic system, central brush, right gutter
brush, pick- up brush, control panel. Additional options: front brush,
loosening device, pick-up device for cleaning difficult-to-access places.
Central brush carries out sweeping of the road
carriageway and delivering swept waste to the suction zone. Right gutter
brush and front brush serve for sweeping of the gutter areas and delivering
swept waste to suction zone. The rest waste is delivered to the nozzle by a
pick-up device brush.
The use of the front brush permits to enlarge the
cleaning width and to clean the left gutter zone on the roads with one-way
traffic, moving in the same direction as the main cars flow.
Waste unloading from the hopper - by dumping. Rear hopper
cover is fixed with locks by means of hydraulic cylinder.
Working members - with hydraulic drive. Working members
control and separate engine control is effected from control panel in the
driver's cabin. |
