Steady export growth necessitated creation of a special structure which would busy itself only with export operations. So in 1995 «Меta-Impex» Company Ltd. was created, whose business was to carry out export-import operations. Company owns warehouse of total square 14.000 sq. m. For service of the customers, facility has access roads and possibility to lift unloaded goods on the 2-nd floor using elevator. If necessary all storage rooms can be warmed up in winter time. «Меta-Impex» Company Ltd. supplied products of metalworking industry and products of machine-building industry beyond the borders of Ukraine to such European countries as Poland, Bulgaria, Hungary, and to the such African countries as Nigeria, Ghana, Ethiopia. The Department of foreign trade successfully represents Ukrainian goods on the markets of Baltic, Western Europe and Africa. «Меta-Impex» Company Ltd., is a dealer of the State Enterprise Production Association "Yuzhny Machine building plant named after A.M.Makarov" (UMZ), Dniprtopetrovs:k, and it carries out deliveries of tractors and spare parts to them to Nigeria, Poland and Russia. 'UMZ" tractor is a relatively simple and at the same time reliable tractor for agriculture.
UMZ tractors are manufactured in different modifications and are universal agricultural tractors. The tractors are intended for performing various agricultural operations. Trailed, semi-mounted and mounted machines and tools can be installed on it. They can be used for performing transport and handling operations, and also for putting into motion of working elements of mobile and stationary machines. Special purpose equipment with replaceable working elements can be installed on the tractor which turns it into a universal road-building and earth-moving machine, i.e. it functions as an excavator, bulldozer and loader. Tractor can be equipped with various equipment depending on their purpose. That equipment includes the following: excavator, ploughs, harrows, seeders, irrigation machines etc. These tractors can be used in moderate climate zones, and in zones with tropical climate.
