Open Company "Meta" is grounded in 1992 and is the dealer and the supplier of industrial hydraulics and completing factories АТОS and MP Filtres (Italy). By request of the client, the operation realises projection, working out of a construction and manufacture hydraulic oil of stations, hydraulic drives and hydraulic power-plants of different function, their adjustment and start in maintenance.

Open Company "Meta" has been developed, fabricated and successfully oil station of the pressure filter for an ore prepaaration of Komsomol mountain-concentrating industrial complex works.

      Specialised tower pressure filters are intended for filtering under an excessive pressure of the suspensions containing weighed particles of rock. The unique construction of the filter can ensure reaching of the highest capacity of process of an ore processing of nonferrous metals — copper, zinc, lead, etc.

Working out and execution of hydraulic system for pressure filter KmPm-196.

In 2008 on the instructions of an engineering factory "Progress", Ukraine, company "Meta" had been developed the hydraulic system which is ensuring functioning of pressure filter KmPm-196.

The Pressure filter is intended for an ore prepaaration and concentrate deriving. The ore prepaaration occurs by dissolution of ore by water then the received suspension moves through the pipe manifold on the pressure filter where after отжима waters with lean material ore concentrate turns out. Filtering process passes on press КМПм-196 is the modern car allowing for one cycle to receive 18 т of ready concentrate.

Carriage of the battery of filters is ensured with the hydraulic power-plant put in action by the electric motor by power of 75 kw. All working process is ensured with hydraulic system which the computer in an automatic mode steers.

All system of hydraulics on the basis of elements ATOS and МP Filters has developed and corporation "Meta" has fabricated.

Manufacture process consisted of following stages:

Hydrocircuit working out. On the instructions of the customer, the hydrocircuit of a press ensuring synchronous operation of pressure squeeze boards, протяжку a filtering ribbon, suspension feeding, operation of all nodes of the pressure filter has been developed.

After the coordination and the assertion the customer of the hydrocircuit, had been developed the designer documentation: drawings and 3-D hydrostation simulation.

After transmission of drawings in industrial department manufacture station oil has begun.
